1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to qualify. Specific products such as health and personal care items, hazardous goods, flammable liquids, and some perishable goods are non-returnable. Gift cards, opened software, and select personal items are also ineligible.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, log in to your account and follow these steps:
- Go to your profile or our returns page.
- Select the order and items you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return.
- Click on “Request Return.”
Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
3. Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email regarding refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days. Note that original shipping fees may be deducted if your order falls below a total value of $100 after returns.
For partial refunds, items returned in less-than-original condition may incur restocking fees up to 100% of the item’s value.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
- Reach out to your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. To exchange a defective item, please contact us with your order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair as appropriate
7. Return Shipping Costs and Customs Fees
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. We cover up to $15 of the return shipping cost in certain cases. For international orders, we do not cover customs fees, and sales outside North America are final.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving any damaged or defective items. We will provide a replacement or refund based on your preference. Our team will guide you through the return process for these items at no additional cost within the first 30 days.
9. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as:
- Opened software
- Health and personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Flammable liquids and gases
Certain items can only be returned if unopened, including:
- Headphones and earbuds
- Baby, nursery, and maternity items
